Japanese government advocates the society 5.0 for smart society. By monitoring city and buikding environment using Information Communication Technology, we engage to make planning proposal to support smart city and building design and management, which is not only for post-evauation. Using simulation and visualization technology, we aim to make pre-evaluation of smart city planning and design possible.
